Taiwan Branch
In 2018, the Taiwan branch was established to develop conversational marketing services. By 2020, they developed a Chinese natural language AI-powered conversational marketing tool called "ChiChat," which was introduced mainly to e-commerce companies. In 2023, they developed generative AI technology for conversational marketing. This technology was tightly integrated with ChiChat and applied to product remarketing push notifications, receiving patents in both Japan and Taiwan in March of the same year.
